Hotel in an excellent location Available room service and from the clean rooms Clean dining room A bit disappointing Long wait to clear and clean table Long wait disproportionate to a cup of coffee or an omelet stand What is not expected from a hotel that considers itself one of the best in Eilat

Everything was great, except the car service, instead of parking the car for me, you let me shop alone in minus 1, and hop on foot 1 from the car to the hotel, it should be noted that I also announced in the reservation, that I walk on crutches besides it was fun fun fun ...

Everything was great except for the rooms themselves. The rooms have no outlets free devices like chargers. Also rooms require some maintenance and renovation. At least we were in room 931

Breakfast relative location of the hotel and service is mediocre and not enough taste conduct such as coffee gift unpleasant and again in relation to the very high standard for a hotel. This morning did not really suitable.

Friday night dinner in a big mess tremendous pressure and warm up to the balcony that you can not eat sat a table of 16 people and we could not eat in the heat. We asked to go through a lot of times and passed.

A good hotel and expensive. We had a problem with the air conditioner took half a dinner order. Room outdated but clean. Large terrace with views of the bay. Food: good breakfast, dinner ok.

The hotel is fine lifting his dropped the price does not justify took the Royal Beach two years ago was great and we wanted at another level all the hotels I just want to update it to his very high we left with a good feeling, but there are of hotels in my opinion better but had a great time and that's what matters most

Hotel rooms does not exist in any room fridge for guests to use, at our request we were told there is a waiting list to the fridge and we've shared. We came up with baby food has spoiled and it caused us a lot of tinkering around the matter of the refrigerator just before the last day cleared fridge. Shame as Hroiial Beach hotel can be a refrigerator in the room even 3 star hotels have.
